Oceanfront homes
Maui offers a wide variety of oceanfront properties, from North shore beaches and cliffs, to south and west side resorts and golf courses. There’s nothing else quite like oceanfront on Maui.
Paia homes
Prices for Kuau Paia and Spreckelsville range from $879,000 to $5.3 million, with 5 oceanfront homes. Don’t be looking for bargains in this town, but come with the cash and you can’t go wrong.
Haiku homes
Come out to the country, with the trade winds blowing and the garden growing. Haiku’s sustainable climate is perfect for agricultural pursuits, or just a relaxed life style with plenty of room for a large life.
UPCOUNTRY HOMES – small towns, farms and ranches, a cooler climate
Makawao homes
There’s a lot of ground to cover with homes in the towns, and large country estates and ranches on the outskirts. Round up some friends and start living the good life in Makawao.
Pukalani homes
Pukalani prices start around $400,000 for land and $480,000 for homes. In between Makawao and Kula, with a climate on the drier side, and close to the golf course and shopping centers.
Kula homes
When you can get away from the wind and rain and enjoy the views from up in Kula, you know this is where you want to spend some time. Just far enough away to make it worthwhile.
SOUTH SHORE HOMES – sunshine and sandy beaches, resorts and vacation homes
Maalaea homes
Mostly condos in this area, with a scattering of oceanfront houses that sometimes come on the market. Great setting by the bay with easy access to the boat harbor for those who like to get out on the water.
Kihei homes
This is a great starting point for newcomers to Maui. Affordable housing is close to jobs, and close to beaches. A vacation destination with an abundance of condos of all types, for those seeking second homes.
Wailea homes
Live the life of luxury in this planned community with world wide appeal. Vacation homes and condos with first class amenities nearby. There’s no better place to escape from the rest of the world.

WEST TO EAST HOMES – both ends of the island, and in between
West Maui homes
Condos prevail on the west side of the island. Beachfront is the premium package that most buyers want, and you’ll find plenty of high rise resorts with sunset views. This hot sunny climate is for sun worshipers.
Central homes
Wailuku and Kahului are where the most houses are sold on Maui due to many new housing developments. The central location makes it very convenient for commuting to work for most people.
East Maui homes
For an authentic island lifestyle, many choose to live a simpler life in the remote parts of East Maui, where the pace is slower and more natural. Hana is the crowning jewel in this collection of coastal communities.
