OCEANFRONT and NORTH SHORE LAND – it’s all about the water

Oceanfront land

Maui offers a wide variety of beachfront and oceanfront lots, and not everything is at sea level.  One thing is for sure – is you’ll always have a great ocean view!

Paia land

Vacant land in Paia and surrounding areas can be pretty rare, and the bigger lots will be in Spreckelsville when available.  Future developments might change this soon.

UPCOUNTRY LAND – build a home with a view, start a farm

Makawao land

Olinda offers acreage with good soil and ample rainfall for catchment.  Fewer choices of lots right in Makawao or Haliimaile town.

Pukalani land

Pukalani prices start around $400,000 and the bulk of listings are in the new Kualono neighborhood that’s just getting built up now.

Kula land

There is so much inventory in Kula, with some new subdivisions coming online recently. Plenty of agricultural lots where you can build 2 homes.

SOUTH SHORE LAND – there’s still room for a few more homes

Maalaea land

While this may not be a hot spot for vacant land listings, things can change. The potential for expansion and commercial development exists here.

Kihei land

There’s house lots and large acreage available, and sometimes oceanfront or beachfront parcels come along.  Building sites in Maui Meadows will be half acre or larger.

Wailea and Makena land

I think this is as good as it gets on Maui, for luxury and beauty.  Kalehua O Makena is an exciting new development of 8 luxury building sites by Makena Golf Resort.

WEST TO EAST LAND – every sort of lot for all your building needs

West Maui land

It’s quite a wide range of vacant parcels on the west side, starting around $350,000.  There’s brand new developments, and stand alone lots too. What are you looking for?

Central land

You can find building lots in town such as Sandhill Estates, or acreage in the country, including Wailuku Country Estates and all the way out in Kahakuloa where this waterfall is.

East Maui land

Diversity is the key here and no two lots are alike.  Start a tropical flower farm, or get totally away from it all with a plot of land in East Maui.  Oceanfront here can be magical.
