So we’re half way through the year. How are things going with you? Any vacation plans? When you live on a little island in the Pacific, some say you get “rock fever” and need to leave. After so many years of living on Maui, I find it’s the opposite. We are so blessed to be living here, why go anywhere else?
Take a look at these statistics for Maui County to compare home and land sales for the first half of 2026. What’s been selling year to date? Most of the activity is still centered in the South and West parts of Maui, where condos dominate the sales. Median sale prices are generally down everywhere with a few exceptions.
