It’s the latest new place to eat in Paia, serving tacos and quesadillas and other Mexican items for lunch and dinner.  They serve old fashioned Coke in the glass bottles!  The atmosphere is casual as you would expect in this little laid back beach town on the north shore.

We ate here the other night, and it was really good – laid back and relaxed – nothing fancy.  The little tacos came in many flavors made with local ingredients, and the lobster quesadillas were the hands down favorite at the table.  The guacamole and salsas were tasty and fresh.  There’s outdoor and “sort of indoor” seating with various sized tables – good for groups.  With the lights in the trees out front, it creates a nice atmosphere.  You can help yourself to water while you check out the menu.  Order and pay at the counter and someone will bring your food to the table.  The service is quick and friendly.  They offer vegan and vegetarian options too, and some interesting ingredients that you won’t usually see in tacos, such as breadfruit.
