Where do the buyers for Maui come from? We have buyers mostly from the US, and also many foreign buyers. These info-graphics make it easy to understand who’s buying, and what parts of the island they’re moving to or investing in. Not all purchases are people moving to Maui, as we have a lot of condos that can be used for vacations.
Most of the Maui real estate buyers are right here in the state of Hawai’i, with west coasters being the next largest group. As for foreign buyers, Canadians are by far the bulk of these, with purchases in the resort areas.
