How has our local condo market performed over the past 5 years? We’ve seen tremendous price increases over the pandemic years, with the median price rising from about $500,000 to around $800,000 or higher. Inventory is slowly increasing now so that buyers can have a better selection, but it’s still pretty challenging to find what you’re looking for.
