Maui HI – real estate market stats for August 2024

Pictured above is a nice home for sale in Pukalani – listed for about $1,475,000 which is a little over the median price for a Maui home these days ($1,300,000). 

Despite the number of condo sales being down from this time last year, the median price of all types of property is up.  Vacant land is really surging ahead, but there are many variables involved with land sales, such as lot size size that can be into the hundreds of acres.
