Highlights of the Upcountry Caravan for April – North Shore Maui
Every month we have a chance to tour new homes for sale on the north shore – Spreckelsville, Paia, Kuau, Haiku, Huelo. This month on April 11, the weather was a mix of sunshine and showers, which is typical spring weather. These are the 4 diverse residential listings we previewed, ranging in price from $750,000 to $5,250,000 and starting with a beautiful oceanfront offering today.
- 21 Kaulua Pl. – $5,250,000 – Kuau oceanfront luxury single-level home with infinity pool and steps to the rocky shore. There’s a nice apartment above the detached garage. Luxurious and private .4 acre estate
- 720 Hana Hwy. – $1,195,000 – It’s a landlord’s dream property in this windsurfing area, bringing in over $5,000 a month in rental income. Cul-de-sac privacy at the edge of Kuau and walking distance to Ho’okipa Beach and Mama’s Fish House.
