There’s still time to apply for this brand new Maui residential subdivision aimed at Hawaii residents over 18, who qualify under certain guidelines.  Get your application in before March 29, for the drawing which will take place at the end of April 2019.  70 homes are planned to be built on lots ranging in size from 4-5,000 square feet.  The homes will be a mix of 1 and 2 stories, and have 3-4 bedrooms and a 2-car garage, with around 1,040 – 1,469 square feet of interior space.  The subdivision will include a community park.  FABMAC Homes Inc. and Hope Builders LLC will be doing the construction.  Prices start at $310,000 and go up to $650,000.

Located in Waikapu along Wailale Rd. and bounded by Kokololio St. to the south, it’s close to the new Maui Lani Village Center.  Waikapu Gardens is the neighborhood to the south.  Valley Isle Fellowship is the neighbor to the west.

Get pre-qualified with a local lender to see if this upcoming development of workforce and affordable housing could work for you.  Home Street Bank in Kahului (395 Dairy Rd unit G) is the lender for the project and they have application forms. I also have those forms if you need them.

It’s definitely worth a try as these opportunities don’t come along every day.  What have you got to lose?
