This upcountry development is unique in many ways. These are truly considered condominiums, but they feel more like houses. Most of them are configured like duplexes, with 2 homes sharing a common wall separating the garages. A few of the homes actually stand alone, with no connection to the next unit. Most homes are 3Bed/2.5-3Bath, with a 2-story floor plan. Some homes are 4Bed/3Bath. A few of the floor plans have a master suite on the ground floor. All come with a garage, and a private back yard.

Every Saturday, the Upcountry Farmers Market rolls out a mouth watering array of locally grown produce and prepared foods which are mostly organic and super fresh. It’s become such a popular market that buyers will show up before it opens, in hopes of getting first pick of all the great offerings.

- 2017 sales – 5 cottages sold between $580,000 and $690,000. Average and median price about $625,000. Days on market averaged 160 days.
- 2018 sales – 3 cottages sold between $605,000 and $750,000. Average price of $670,000 and median price of $655,000. Average DOM was 128 days.
- 2019 sales – This year only one unit has sold, a 4Bed/3Bath cottage for $645,000 after only 40 days on market.
