Have you had your Vitamin SEA today?

Have you had your daily dose of Vitamin SEA?

They say that the ocean has a lot of health benefits.  Physical exercise in a beautiful environment beats going to the gym.  Minerals in the water can be absorbed through your skin.  Sunshine can add Vitamin D to your body.  And it’s also just a lot of fun too!  A daily visit to the beach can do wonders for your physical and mental health.

Maui has some incredible beaches and you really could go to a different one every day of the month.  Long stretches of sandy beaches adorn the resort areas, and many small beaches can be found all around the shoreline.  Even rocky beaches can offer access to the sea, with more privacy.

Our health is intricately tied to the health of the oceans, so it’s important to protect them and respect the oceans and coasts.  Let’s not forget that a healthy ocean means a healthy economy too.  Please take care of our Maui ocean and shoreline – don’t litter, use appropriate sun screen, don’t harass the sea turtles.
