Here’s a quick snapshot of the Maui real estate market for January 2024.  We’re experiencing a slower market compared to previous years, with fewer sales.

Pictured above is the Papali Wailea condo neighborhood, where 3Bed/3.5Bath units are now selling for $4,000,000 and more.  These don’t come on the market very often.

The highest priced sales of houses and condos on Maui, in the first month of 2025.  2128 Iliili Road was a beachfront 2Bed/3Bath home.  There was a sale in Hana, among the high priced homes in Kihei and Lahaina.  The condos were all in Wailea/Kihei or Kaanapali.
