Maui HI real estate sales update for January 2025

2025 is starting out quite differently than 2024.  We’re seeing a lot more inventory of homes for sale, and more like it was about 4 years ago.  But increased inventory doesn’t always mean increased sales volume, as prices continue to climb and interest rates are still higher than most would like.
