Maui Real Estate Statistics – February 2025

There’s a definite shift in the real estate marketplace here in Maui County.  The uncertainty about switching some vacation condos to long term housing is causing many condo owners to put their units on the market at competitive prices.  This will be good news for buyers who might not care to do short term rentals.  But residential houses are still enjoying some price gains.  Buyers will appreciate the increased inventory, despite the current mortgage interest rates.
