Short video clips – oceanfront homes for sale on Maui – Spreckelsville and Kuau

Two new oceanfront listings in the Paia area were featured on the Maui Realtor property tour this month. While it was nice and sunny in Spreckelsville when I took this short video, a few rain squalls blew in, so the second clip in Kuau’s Sunset Estates is not quite as sunny, even though it was only a few minutes later.

At least you can get a glimpse of the shoreline and ocean view from each of these superb properties for sale.  Picture yourself here on the north shore of Maui!
