Wondering where to eat after a morning at the beach? Look for this food truck in Kihei serving up authentic Canadian poutine! They’re in the Kihei Food Truck court which is just a 1/2 block back from S. Kihei Rd.
Open since January 2018 and going strong. Owners Jean-Francois and his wife Mathilde are from Quebec Canada, and France, but moved to Maui to find a better life for their family. We’re glad they did.

La Tabarnak Poutine
This was a delicious lunch! French fries smothered in gravy, with onions and mushrooms, and topped with organic cheese curds.
Vegan and vegetarian options.
UPDATE: They have gone out of business during the pandemic!
The menu is small, but that just makes it easier to order. I recommend the poutine!
There’s a nice place to sit and enjoy your lunch, and even a toy box to keep the kids occupied while you wait.
